About

What is Snap Fashion?

Snap Fashion lets you search and shop for an item of clothing or a pair of shoes from a photo

Take a photo of something you love and we’ll find you similar things from over 300,000 items available on the UK high-street and online. Snap Fashion is available on your mobile phone or on the web

Snap ColourPop lets you take inspiration from anywhere. Take a Snap of a colour that catches your eye and we’ll scour the high-street to find you everything in that shade.

How does it work?

1. See it

Find yourself admiring an outfit on your style icon, favourite fashion blog, or simply in your Facebook feed? Snap Fashion uses photos of your fashion inspiration to find you something similar, solving the common complaint of outfit envy and the bothersome task of tracking down what you want to buy.

2. Snap it

Take a picture of the item you love with Snap Fashion’s mobile app, or search from any photo you come across online using our Snap It button- be it a blog, magazine, social network, or online retailer - to shop from the items that inspire your style.

Our Beliefs

Snap Fashion believe that women create their own styles, select their own looks and shop their wardrobes, based on the things they see and like. It seemed obvious to us that if people are shopping in the real world using their eyes, we should really be shopping online using pictures. We want to put the fun back into online shopping, making it fast, fulfilling, and the best way of discovering new brands.

“Fashion is a really personal thing and it’s sometimes really hard to describe what it is that draws you towards your favourite items… Searching using pictures seemed like the obvious thing to do, and I’m proud to say that we were the first people to do it.”

Jenny Griffiths, CEO of Snap Fashion

The story behind Snap

Invented and developed by 26-year old computer science graduate Jenny Griffiths, Snap Fashion is the brainchild of a very geek-chic CEO.

It’s the end-result of some clever techy tricks combined with the everyday, and every-girl dilemmas of trying to find the pieces you have in mind, and at the prices you can afford.

Team

Meet the Snap people

The Snap Fashion team is a rather funny mix of techy geniuses and fashion followers; but we think that’s what makes us different.

We’ve got everyone in one room working on how we can make online shopping even more fun, easy, and hassle-free. We spend our time brainstorming crazy ideas and turning them into consumer products together, which is how we invented the most advanced and user-friendly visual search service for fashion.

Interested in being a part of Snap Fashion? We’re looking to build our team so come see what job openings we currently have and don’t hesitate to get in touch.
